Sania Mirza refuses to go to UK without son |
Indian players are facing various problems due to the outbreak of Corona virus. India's star tennis player Sania Mirza is also busy trying to take her son to the UK these days.
It should be noted that the Indian tennis star has to play several tournaments in the UK in a row due to which she will have to spend a long time there. In such cases, she wants to take her 2-year-old son with her.
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has approached the British Government through the Indian Ministry of External Affairs to issue a visa to the 10-year-old son of tennis player Sania Mirza.
It should be noted that Sania Mirza will compete in many tennis competitions in the UK before the Tokyo Olympics. Sania will compete in the Nottingham Open from June 2, the Birmingham Open on June 2, the Eastbourne Open on June 3 and the Wimbledon Grand Slam on June 2.
Participants in the Ministry of Sports' Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) Sania Mirza had approached the ministry and requested that they be assisted in obtaining visas for her son and caretaker.
Sania had said that she could not leave her 5-year-old son alone for a month. Former world number one in doubles Sania Mirza says she cannot go to UK without her son.
