According to details, Pakistan Cricket Board will reschedule the matches till June 20.  PCB officials say the Emirates Cricket Board is waiting for a green signal from its government.  Permission from the UAE government is still required due to the Eid holidays.

Sources said that the PCB and the Emirates Cricket Board are hopeful of getting permission from the government. A seven-member delegation of the Pakistan Cricket Board was also present in the UAE on Eid.

Earlier, former PCB chairman Khalid Mehmood suggested holding the remaining matches of PSL 6 in Pakistan and said that holding the remaining matches in another country would be detrimental to Pakistan cricket.  He said that it was a great pleasure for PSL matches to be held in the country gradually.

It is to be noted that the matches of the sixth season were becoming the center of great interest this year but the event had to be postponed due to the violations of Corona SOPs.  The situation in Pakistan was better than in India and the league could have been completed in Karachi by showing more responsibility in administrative matters.
