Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar took notice of the incident between Assistant Commissioner and Special Assistant in Sialkot Ramzan Bazaar. Firdous Ashiq Awan had an important meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar after the video came to light.
According to details, Special Assistant Firdous Ashiq Awan during his meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar presented a report on the incident at Sialkot Ramadan Bazaar.
After seeing the report of Firdous Ashiq Awan, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar sought a full detailed report of the Sialkot Ramadan Bazaar incident from the Chief Secretary.
Chief Minister Usman Bazdar said that availability of quality essential commodities should be ensured in Ramadan bazaars. On this occasion, Firdous Ashiq Awan briefed the Punjab Chief Minister regarding substandard essential commodities in Ramadan bazaars.
Chief Minister Usman Bazdar directed to ensure availability of standard essential items in Ramadan bazaars as per government policy. He sought a detailed report from Chief Secretary on Sialkot Ramadan Bazaar incident.
