New Delhi (NNI) In view of the rising cases of Corona virus in India and the deteriorating situation with each passing day, ICC member countries have decided to move the scheduled T20 World Cup from India to the United Arab Emirates this year.  Start asking questions.



  According to the details, the T20 World Cup is scheduled in India from October to November this year. The final will be played on November 14 and 16 teams will participate in the tournament. However, concerns are raised by ICC member countries to host the T20 World Cup.


  It has been revealed that according to the member countries, the situation of Corona in India is deteriorating day by day and in such a situation, how can the scheduled ICCT Twenty20 World Cup be held in India, while objections from many countries are also there.  

Have been raised.  However, the ICC has already stated its position that if the hosting of the World Cup is not assured, it has prepared another alternative to host it. 



 On the other hand, tournament director Dheeraj Malhotra said that we are preparing ourselves for any situation and if the situation worsens, we will move the tournament to the United Arab Emirates and host it there.  "We are making every effort to hold the tournament in India and are currently in touch with the International Cricket Council (ICC)," he said.  The ICC cricket community has expressed its concerns over the hosting of the T20 World Cup in India in view of the Corona virus cases and deaths in India as well as the alarming situation in India.



  With only six months left in the World Cup, is India a suitable country to host the event? Dheeraj Malhotra said that if the ICC finds India an unsafe country for the event, then the Board of Control for Cricket  India (BCCI) plans to move the event to the UAE on an emergency basis. 


 The Indian Board has planned to host the World Cup at 9 venues including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Dharamsala, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
