A fire broke out in the hills of Margalla. A female bird living in a tree gave her life to save her eggs.

According to Deputy Director Wildlife, the fire on Margalla hills in Islamabad has not been brought under control yet.  The reason could not be ascertained.

 The fire also engulfed the nest of a bird perched on a tree, on which the female bird burned herself to death to save her eggs.
