Plans to move the T20 World Cup to the UAE begin to be considered |
Pak Times : The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has started considering plans to host the T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) following the alarming rise in the Corona virus in India.
According to a foreign news agency, BCCI General Manager Game Development Dheeraj Malhotra said, "I have recently joined the directors of the tournament and we are doing our best to hold the event in India. This is the first priority.
He said talks were underway with the International Cricket Council (ICC) to hold the tournament in India, considering all options, including the worst case of corona virus, but a decision would be taken soon. Will be done
